However, as the train travels through the Serra do Mar and remote areas of the Atlantic Forest, operations may occasionally be affected by weather or other safety conditions. In the unlikely event that the railway operator considers it necessary to cancel or suspend the train service to protect passengers and staff, the decision will always be made with safety as the highest priority.

Rest assured, we are fully present and attentive throughout your entire experience. From the moment your tour begins until the end of the day, our team and guide will be there to provide support, keep you informed and ensure you receive the best possible assistance and service.

Please note that the train shares the railway with cargo trains, so the journey duration may vary depending on rail traffic and operational conditions.

What to bring

We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothes and comfortable shoes, as you’ll have free time to walk around and explore Morretes. The town is beautiful, but its historic streets and cobblestone areas are not ideal for high heels or dress shoes.

Morretes can get very hot, especially during the warmer months, so bring sunscreen and consider wearing light clothing and a hat to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Most importantly, dress for a full day of exploring. You’ll be moving between different places, enjoying the train journey, walking around historic towns and spending time outdoors, so comfortable clothing and shoes will help you enjoy the experience even more.
